Responsibilities:
● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and detailed, outcome-
driven roadmap for the custom ATS and Job Site platform. Prioritize features based on
Return on Investment (ROI), user impact, and alignment with corporate hiring goals.
● Requirements Analysis & Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery sessions and workshops
with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to deeply understand recruiter
workflows, pain points, and business needs.
● Produce clear, concise, and verifiable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Epics,
and detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
● Act as the sole source of truth for all functional requirements during the development
lifecycle.
● Project & Delivery Management: Drive the end-to-end delivery process in an Agile
environment. Work with Engineering leads to manage sprints, track progress, and ensure features are delivered to scope and schedule.
● Stakeholder Communication & Change Management: Manage expectations across all
internal teams (TA, HR, Engineering). Lead product launch communications, training
material review, and support adoption of new features and processes.
● System Integration Focus: Own the product requirements for integrating our proprietary
platform with key third-party vendors (e.g., background checks, assessment tools) and
external job aggregators. Focus on defining the functional data flow and business logic.
● Performance Monitoring: Define, monitor, and report on key product KPIs (e.g., time-to-
hire, recruiter satisfaction, application conversion rates) and use data analysis to inform
future product investments.
Qualification & Experience:
● Product & Project Management: 6–7 years of experience in Product Management,
demonstrating strong skills in project planning, backlog management, and feature
delivery.
● Core Domain: Proven experience managing an ATS/recruiting platform or similar
complex HR/Talent Management application. Direct experience with an in-house
built system is a strong plus.
● Analysis & Communication: Exceptional ability to conduct requirements analysis,
clearly document specifications, and communicate complex functional needs to
both technical and non-technical audiences.
● Agile Expertise: Extensive practical experience working as a Product Owner in a
mature Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Highly Desired Skills:
● Experience managing global product rollouts and handling regional regulatory
requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
● Prior background in a recruiting/TA role or working directly with recruiting
operations is a significant advantage.
