Role & Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user experience requirements in collaboration with product managers
• Lead illustration of design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Direct the design team on graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets, page navigation buttons and search fields
• Drive development of UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how products function and look like
• Lead creation of original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and areas of improvement
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Proven work experience of 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design softwares
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Effective communication skills and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and Organizational skills.
