This reluctance to take time off reflects in workplace burnout, reduced productivity, and deteriorating mental health. According to recent vacation trends, regular time away from work is essential for personal well-being and long-term performance. While other nations encourage travel and relaxation, many Indians still view vacations as a luxury rather than a necessity. The concept of vacationtrends is slowly evolving in urban India, especially among millennials and Gen Z. However, true change will require a cultural shift where vacationtrends are normalized, valued, and supported both socially and professionally.
