TMS Ep328: GST Council Meeting | Vacation Trends | IT Performance | GM Crops

India is considered one of the most vacation trends deprived countries in the world. Despite advancements in income levels and access to travel, Indians still take significantly fewer vacations than many global counterparts. The culture of overworking, combined with a deeply ingrained mindset to save for the future, often leads people to skip both long holidays and short weekend breaks. This reluctance to take time off reflects in workplace burnout, reduced productivity, and deteriorating mental health. According to recent vacation trends, regular time away from work is essential for personal well-being and long-term performance. While other nations encourage travel and relaxation, many Indians still view vacations as a luxury rather than a necessity. The concept of vacationtrends is slowly evolving in urban India, especially among millennials and Gen Z. However, true change will require a cultural shift where vacationtrends are normalized, valued, and supported both socially and professionally.
