Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT PMO professional with relevant experience to drive project
governance, execution tracking, and reporting across multiple technology initiatives. The role will
be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of IT projects through effective planning, status
governance, risk management, budget tracking, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:
● Drive PMO governance and project control activities across multiple IT projects and
programs.
● Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time
delivery.
● Prepare and publish weekly / monthly project status reports, leadership dashboards, and
MIS reports.
● Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions,
Issues, Dependencies), MOMs, and governance trackers.
● Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, and ensure timely escalation and
resolution.
● Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and
business stakeholders.
● Track resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across IT teams.
● Monitor project budgets, spend, forecast, and variance against approved plans.
● Ensure adherence to PMO processes, governance standards, SLAs, and audit compliance
requirements.
● Support program reviews, steering committee meetings, and leadership governance
forums.
● Drive process improvements and standardization across IT project management practices.
● Provide data-driven insights and metrics to leadership for decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
● 5+ years of experience in IT PMO / IT Project Coordination / Program Governance
● Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), infrastructure projects,
and IT delivery models
● Experience working with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
● Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Experience in dashboarding, MIS reporting, and project financial tracking
● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Business Management
● PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification preferred
● Experience working in enterprise IT or product engineering environments
